We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Services

Galhotra Enterprises, Inc. provides professional auto body and collision repair services, including but not limited to:

  • Collision damage repair
  • Auto body painting and refinishing
  • Dent removal (paintless and traditional)
  • Frame straightening and structural repair
  • Vehicle restoration
  • General body work and panel repair

Our services are available at our facility located at 12920 Cypress North Houston Rd, Cypress, TX 77429, USA.

3. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals who:

  • Are at least 18 years of age
  • Have the legal authority to authorize repairs on the vehicle
  • Are the registered owner of the vehicle or have explicit authorization from the owner
  • Can provide valid identification and proof of vehicle ownership or authorization

4. Customer Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your vehicle and the damage requiring repair
  • Authorize repair work in writing before work begins
  • Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before drop-off
  • Provide access to the vehicle for assessment and repair
  • Communicate any relevant information about the vehicle's condition or history
  • Arrange for vehicle pickup within a reasonable timeframe after completion
  • Make payment in full upon completion unless other arrangements have been made

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services:

  • For any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • To misrepresent the condition, ownership, or history of a vehicle
  • To facilitate insurance fraud or any other fraudulent activity
  • In a manner that could damage, disable, or impair our facilities or equipment
  • To interfere with or disrupt our business operations

6. Estimates and Pricing

We provide free written estimates upon request. Please note:

  • Estimates are approximations based on visible damage and may change upon disassembly or further inspection
  • Additional work discovered during the repair process will be communicated to you for authorization
  • Prices are subject to change without notice for future work, but authorized work will be completed at the quoted price
  • Insurance estimates may be supplemented based on actual repair requirements

7. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of repairs unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept:

  • Cash
  • Major credit cards
  • Insurance payments (we work with most major insurance companies)

For insurance claims, you are responsible for any deductibles and charges not covered by your insurance policy.

8. Warranties

We warranty our workmanship for a period to be specified in your repair agreement. This warranty covers:

  • Defects in workmanship under normal use conditions
  • Peeling, cracking, or fading of painted surfaces (when using OEM or approved materials)

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or negligence
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Repairs performed by others after our work
  • Parts supplied by others or customer-requested parts
  • Rust damage not addressed in the original repair

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • We are not liable for delays caused by parts availability, insurance processing, or circumstances beyond our control
  • We are not liable for personal belongings left in vehicles

10. Third-Party Services

We may work with third parties for:

  • Parts procurement and delivery
  • Insurance claims processing
  • Towing and vehicle transport
  • Specialized sublet work

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure quality, we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third parties.

11. Vehicle Storage

Vehicles left beyond the agreed pickup date may be subject to storage fees. We will attempt to contact you before applying such fees. Vehicles left unclaimed for an extended period may be subject to mechanic's lien procedures as permitted by Texas law.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a repair agreement in cases including but not limited to:

  • Non-payment
  • Abusive behavior toward staff
  • Fraudulent claims or misrepresentation
  • Requests for illegal or unsafe modifications

13. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Galhotra Enterprises, Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Harris County, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any repair authorization forms and estimates, constitute the entire agreement between you and Galhotra Enterprises, Inc. regarding our services.
